Stuart Duncan, CEO and Founder

Former Director, EA Mobile, Charlottetown; former CEO and Founder of Bight Games

Stuart is a mobile games veteran and the founder in 2004 of Bight Games, one of the first free-to-play mobile game studios.

Under his direction, Bight achieved breakout success with Trade Nations, an original IP that occupied the top grossing iOS games charts for over a year and set the stage for Bight’s successful acquisition by EA Mobile.  Bight subsequently conceived, developed and produced the massive hit The Simpsons: Tapped Out which has eclipsed $100 million in life-to-date digital net revenue, and since its launch in 2012, has been in the top 20 iPhone grossing games in the U.S. for all but 12 days. 

Following Bight’s acquisition by EA, Stuart was the Head of EA Mobile in Charlottetown leading its growth and architecting the success of the Simpsons: Tapped Out. After a brief time off, Stuart founded icejam to bring to life his vision for the company’s Playable Data™ gaming platform.


Wayne Seifried, CMO

Former Advisor, Bight Games; former Director, Product Marketing, Tira Wireless; former Sr. Director, Global Portfolio Marketing, Siemens.

Wayne is a mobile games pioneer and was among the initial hires at Tira Wireless, one of the first mobile games publishers in North America. As Director of Marketing for Tira, Wayne brought numerous mobile games to market including NHL® PowerShot Hockey™, the first major sports league-branded mobile game in North America.

Wayne was also involved with Bight Games from its inception through its acquisition providing insights, contacts and marketing guidance to Bight management.  While at Siemens, Wayne managed over 50 product launches, generating millions in new revenue streams.

Wayne holds a business degree in Marketing and Finance; a Fine Arts degree from OCAD University and a CPA designation.


Michael Chang, Advisor

Michael Chang is SVP Corporate Development for NCSoft West. Michael previously led Electronic Arts’ investment and acquisition activity in F2P mobile and PC gaming, including the acquisitions of Bight Games, developer of The Simpsons: Tapped Out – EA’s most profitable F2P mobile game to date; KlickNation, developers of Heroes of Dragon Age, and ESN, developers of the “Battlelog” for the Battlefield franchise.

Prior to EA, Michael worked in the venture capital and private equity industries.  He began his career in investment banking at Jefferies Broadview. Michael graduated from Stanford University with an MS in Management Science and Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Michael is also an angel investor / advisor to several private companies in the mobile game space.


Marc Alloul, Advisor – Corporate Development

An Engineer/Physicist turned entrepreneur, Marc spent the last eighteen years in both large publicly traded as well as smaller private equity funded companies where he developed and brought to market innovative technology & marketing solutions to some of the world’s leading telecom operators and media groups.

Marc is currently Managing Partner of W2/W3 Investments, a private Québec investment firm that targets businesses with high growth potential, as well as strategic advisor to several companies where he is a shareholder, board member or mentor. As an active member of the management team, he instrumented the sale of Bight Games to Electronic Arts, Mobitween to Zed Group, Airborne Entertainment to Cybird and Indiqu to Mforma/Hands-on Mobile; Marc is a veteran in the mobile entertainment industry.

Marc holds a M.Sc. in Quantum Physics from McGill University, Canada, a M.Sc. in Mobile Communications from the EURECOM Institute, Sophia Antipolis, France, and graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST), Paris.


Matt Gillis, Advisor

As President of Millennial Media’s Platform business, Matt Gillis leads the company’s publisher and third-party sales through its programmatic and monetization tools and services.  A mobile industry veteran with more than 15 years’ experience with wireless software and content, Matt started his Millennial Media career as Executive Vice President of the company’s Global Monetization Solutions.

Prior to Millennial Media, Matt led boutique mobile games publisher, Cosmic Infinity, to their eventual acquisition by Japanese mobile gaming giant, Capcom.  Post acquisition, he served as Capcom’s Executive Vice President of Publishing (Americas/EMEA), responsible for sales, marketing, and licensing, elevating the company to a Top Five mobile publisher.

Matt is a regular speaker at industry events around the world, including Mobile World Congress, Advertising Week, MobileBeat, Digital East, and more.

Matt graduated with a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University.


Andrew Ayre, Advisor

Andrew Ayre is the CEO of Other Ocean Group, a video game development company and founder of Digital Eclipse, a publishing label focused on classic video games, with studios located in Atlantic Canada and California. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the video game industry and is credited on over 400 titles. He was previously co-founder of Foundation 9 Entertainment, which he helped grow into the largest independent video game developer in North America. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University


Neil Haldar, Advisor – Publishing

Neil Haldar is a 23 year videogame industry veteran having worked in most major game formats in his career, from Console and PC to Mobile. Neil has been energetically involved at multiple publishers and developers across the ecosystem, including Hollywood’s MGM Studios, where we oversaw the studios’ development of James Bond video games across multiple platforms, among other licenses. He started in mobile games in 2005 at SK-funded Skyzone Entertainment. Most recently VP Business Development at GREE, Neil has worked on over 150 titles and been attached to nearly USD $4B in cumulative consumer spending across his career.

Neil brings to icejam an in-depth understanding of the world of Mobile User Acquisition and Retention including media strategy, platforms and analytics.


Damir Slogar, Advisor

Damir Slogar, Founder and President of Big Blue Bubble, offers extensive experience in developing award-winning games across a multitude of gaming platforms. With over 25 years spent in game industry and credited for over 100 games across 20 different platforms, Damir is one of the most experienced industry professionals in Canada.
